What happens about Value Added Tax payment?

English Value Added Tax of 17.5% is due on the vehicle. This amount is calculated against the total tax free price of the vehicle in sterling at the month of entry into the United Kingdom. This is paid directly to HM Customs & Excise who will invoice the client separately. H.M Customs & Excise give the client twenty eight days in which to pay this invoice.
