Is the quoted SELECT AUTOMOTIVE price for a new car still valid by time of delivery?

In the majority of cases, yes. There is however exceptions to the rule that can occur if the manufacturer or importer decides to implement a price increase during and or crossing over the model year. This increase will be passed onto the Buyer.
